How to redeem your gift voucher

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months* and must be used within this time. If you are restricted as to when you can come to the spa for treatments, then we recommend you make your booking in plenty of time, as certain days/times get booked up in advance.
View the options available for your spa treatment, browse our website or download our pdf. - you can select any treatment with your voucher**.
Call us to make your booking on 0845 248 9772 or 0116 326 0037 from mobiles, and have your voucher details in front of you.
Remember to bring your voucher with you as you will be unable to have your treatment without it, and may incure a charge if your booking is then cancelled.
